The reputation and the success of MDW rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.
30-Day Return Period: Only applicable for plans sold under MDW's website such as the Standard Plan, Professional Plan, and Premium Plan. For all other products and services sold by MDW, such as Account Management, unless you have a separate agreement with MDW, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by MDW within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) within the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
While our company facilitates the purchase of various services related to website building (e.g., domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, security features, etc.), all of these services are managed by third-party providers. As such, once these services are purchased and activated, they are non-refundable, since we do not control the refund policies of these external vendors.
This includes costs for: Domain registration, Web hosting, SSL certificates, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Website builder or CMS software licenses, Custom design and development work, Security features (SSL, firewalls, etc.), SEO and marketing tools, Email hosting or email marketing services, eCommerce solutions, Backup and security monitoring, Third-party integrations and API access.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to MDW without prior authorization from MDW will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and MDW will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by MDW within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
